Indoor Cycling Class Schedule
Our classes are acceptable for all levels with difficulty of ride determined by target heart rate intensities.
MON:
6:00AM: 50 min. ride focusing on skills, drills and conditioning w/ Tommy
9:30AM: 50 min. ride focusing on skills, drills and conditioning w/ Kyle
TUE:
9:30AM: 50 min. ride w/ Tracy
6:00PM: 90 min. ride w/ Kyle
*optional 5k run for brick training during Spring/Summer months!
WED:
6:00AM: 50 min. ride focusing on skills, drills and conditioning w/ Tommy
9:30AM: 50 min. ride focusing on skills, drills and conditioning w/ Kyle
THR:
9:30AM: 50 min. ride w/ Bonnie
6:00PM: 90 min. ride w/ Kyle

FRI:
6:00AM: 50 min. ride focusing on skills, drills and conditioning w/ Tommy

SAT:
8:30AM: *Specialty Rides will generally be held every -other - Saturday with a different focus each class!
SUN:
No classes held on Sundays
